"We" or "our" refers to both Kapturall and Distributor.
The present Privacy Policy regulates the collection and processing of personal data provided by users when accessing, navigating and using the functionalities of Cloud Champion. Kapturall and the Distributor knows that you care about how the personal data we receive about you is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously.
This Privacy Notice describes Kapturall’s privacy practices in relation to information that we collect through the Cloud Champion Websites operated by us from which you are accessing this Privacy Notice, through our social media pages and apps located at https://www.facebook.com/CloudChampionBelgium, https://twitter.com/CloudChampionBE, and https://www.linkedin.com/company/cloud-champion-belgium/, as well as through e-mail messages that we send to you that link to this Privacy Notice (collectively, “Cloud Champion”).

We have implemented appropriate organizational, technical, and administrative measures to protect Personal Data within our organization, including security controls to prevent unauthorized access to our systems.
7. How can I access, correct, amend or remove my Personal Data?
If you would like to access, correct, amend, remove or limit the use of your Personal Data, please notify us at privacy@cloudchampion.es. We will respond to your request within a maximum of 30 calendar days.
8. For how long will we process your Personal Data?
We will process your Personal Data during the period the service is provided and you remain registered. Once the relationship ends, personal data will be kept blocked for a maximum period of five years to meet legal obligations.
9. What choices do I have?
You can always opt not to disclose your Personal Data. You can opt-out of receiving marketing messages by unsubscribing through the link in our e-mails or via the Preference Center.
10. Can children use Cloud Champion’s Sites?
Cloud Champion Websites are not intended for minors under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information about minors.
