Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) is a solution from the Microsoft Azure portfolio to offer remote workstations based on Windows 10. AVD has an optimal user experience due to its integration with Office 365 and a Windows 10 workstation. In addition, AVD is a cheaper alternative due to the pay-as-you-go model. Under this model, end customers can scale up and down flexibly and automatically.

Finally, you benefit from less management of services due to the responsibility that Microsoft takes in this area.

  • More modern, because it is based on Windows 10 instead of Windows Server.
  • More secure, for example through native integration with Azure MFA and Conditional Access.
  • Cheaper, due to various licensing benefits and Azure's pay-per-user pricing model.

Webinar Topics:

  • Where does AVD stand now?
  • What are the benefits for me as a partner and for my end customers?
  • What is the business model and how to start delving into AVD?
  • How do I create a cost indication for my customer (with NerdioNerdio, among others)?
  • What further developments can you expect?
